We, the family of Sharon Heather Targett, regret to announce her passing at home, peacefully, on Monday August 10th 2026 surrounded by her family and loved ones.

Sharon was loved by many and found her greatest accomplishment in life was being at home cooking, cleaning and taking care of her family, whom she loved dearly. She truly enjoyed Christmas, leisurely drives, watching game shows and most of all time with family.

She will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 55 years John (Frenchy), her 6 children, Trevor (Tracey), Corry (Corrie), Barry (Jill), Tammy (Chris), Scott (Charlene) Joey, her sister Linda, and numerous sisters and brothers-in-law, many cousins, nineteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and her dear friends.

Sharon was predeceased by her 3 brothers, Joey, Danny, Anthony and her beautiful niece Mackayla.

In memory of Sharon, there will be a celebration of life Saturday August 15 from 1-4pm at the North Sydney Fire Hall. All are welcome to attend and help in this celebration.
