Pamela Allison Lewis-Young

We the family of Pamela Lewis-Young, announce with sadness her passing on May 30, 2024 in Baddeck, NS, after a lengthy illness. 

 A graduate of Trent University ‘69 and the University of Toronto ‘70 with a bachelor of education. She taught both Elementary & Secondary school for close to 40 years. She was also an avid quilter and had been an active volunteer in a variety of community groups. 

 Pamela will be dearly missed by her 4 sons, Ira, Jacob (Aleksandra), Zachary (Haneul), and Joshua, as well as her Grandchildren, Elias, Camille, Ava, Kai, and Hana, along with her siblings, Ira, Heather, and Trish. 

 She was predeceased by her parents, Aubrey and Peggy Lewis. 

 Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be planned for family and friends at a later date. 

 Charitable donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Cape Breton SPCA.
