Michelle Stevenson

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Michelle Stevenson at the Cape Breton Hospice on May 3, 2023.  Born in Glace Bay on October 9, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Rose Stevenson.

Michelle is survived by husband Stephen Jamieson, sisters; Elaine (Kent), Brenda (Dave), brother Gary (Kim).  Also surviving are uncle Bobby and aunt Shirley, nieces; Condea, Darla, Kadie, nephews; Cheyne, Chad, Mitchell, grand-nephews Zackery, Keagen, Kasen, Kyle, grand-nieces; Rachel and Skylar.

Along with her parents she was predeceased by her nephew Matthew.

Michelle enjoyed going for rides around Cape Breton, loved spending time on the beach, hiking and listening to all genres of music especially Queen.  Michelle will be sadly missed by family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Cape Breton Hospice or charity of your choice.
