Marguerite Louise MacKay

On February 16, 2023, Mrs. Marguerite Louise Mackay (Muller) of Sydney, NS, passed away at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.

Marguerite was born in Sydney, Nova Scotia to the late Albert and Ruth Muller (Nowe). She spent her childhood years in Sydney before moving to Ontario where she worked for 30 years; later returning to Nova Scotia.

She is the beloved wife of 55 years to Scott Mackay. Loving mother of Cherie Trudel and Mark Mackay and proud grandmother of Scott, Aaron, Hope, Rebecca, and Meghan.

Predeceased by her parents, sister Marilyn and brothers; David, Ronald, and Jimmy.

At Marguerite’s request, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
