Kenneth Whitney MacKenzie

It’s with heavy hearts that we the family of Kenneth (Kenny) MacKenzie announce his passing on February 3, 2024.  He was the son of the late Ross and Esther MacKenzie.

Kenny was co-owner of G & K Automotive Repair on Bentinck Street in Sydney.

He leaves behind his partner Theresa MacNeil. His children Adam (Saralyn), Bradley and Kelsey (Damion). His grandchildren William, Esther, Breton, Beau and soon to arrive Kenneth Bradley. His siblings Heather, Jean, Rosalie, Albert (Dee) George (Brenda), Olive and brother in-Law Ernie Burt and sister in-law Lucy. Also left to morn are his extended family Mary and Jimmy (.d), Neil (Karen), Sadie(.d)(Carol P), Kathleen (Dougie), Joanne (George), Franklynn and the mother of his children Claudia Johnson. As well as many nieces and nephews with whom he loved.

Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings Willie MacKenzie, Dolena Burt and brother-in-law Sonny Oravecz.

As per Kenny’s wishes, there will be no service or visitation. Cremation has taken place.
