Earl Orwel Hollingsworth

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Earl Hollingsworth, age 67 on March 2^nd, 2024

at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, NS with his family by his side.

Born in North Sydney, he was the son of the late Delbert and Rose (Witherall) Hollingsworth. Earl was

employed at Atlantic Packaging for many years. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his

grandkids and lending a helping hand for those in need.

He is survived by his loving wife  of 45 years Kelly (Burke), his daughter Charleen (Shaun) MacDonald, his

grandchildren Haley (best friend), Justin and Jase; sisters Della (Gord) Crews and Melody (Collin)

Bastien both of Toronto. Also survived by nephews, nieces, Aunt Ruth (Alex) and Uncle Rick (Christine).

Besides his parents, Earl is predeceased by his brother Robert and many aunts and uncles.
