Donald Samuel Clarke

It is with heavy hearts and great sorrow that we the family announce the sudden passing of our father, grandfather, brother and uncle, Donnie Clarke with his life partner Sharon MacLeod at his side. Donnie was born in Glace Bay, March 19, 1941 to Mary (MacDonald) and Murdock Clarke. 

He is survived by his 3 sons; Scott (Calgary), Cory (Glace Bay) and Dale (Newfoundland) and their partners, 2 grandchildren Jackson and Cassidy, both of Calgary,  also surviving is brother Billy, sisters; Jeanette, Lois (Colin) and Sharon, nephew Joey, who he thought of as a brother, the mother of his children Janet,  and his partner of 25 years Sharon MacLeod, He is survived by many nieces and nephews and he loved them all, especially Angela. 

Predeceased by his parents, grandparents and nephew Craig, sister-in-law Sharon and brother-in-law Walter. You will never be forgotten. 

At this time we would like to thank the staff at Celtic Court Nursing home, for the wonderful care you provided during his stay. He thought you were all ANGELS! To Sharon, thank you for being there when we couldn't be.
